Delivery Times & Costs

Courier Freight Charges:

Auckland (Orewa to Pokeno) $7.50

Rural Auckland (including Waiheke Island) $14

Nationwide $10.00

Rural Charge of an extra $4.00 applies to rural delivery

Free Freight for purchases over $150.00*

*In-store only gift cards are excluded from our free freight offer, if you'd prefer not to pay for freight please consider purchasing the online version.

Please note: Bulky and/ or heavy orders being sent to rural delivery addresses and inter-island (including Waiheke Island) may need to be charged for freight. We will contact you before dispatch if this is the case and discuss the options available.

Delivery charges are calculated within the checkout via your postal code (correct postal code is important for your order). Delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, cover packaging, delivery and insurance.

Delivery Address

The delivery address used for the shipment of your order is the exact details supplied with your order. So please ensure the details given to us are correct, so the parcel can find you quickly and safely. In some instances, if the address is not correctly labeled, delays or returns may occur. This can result in much longer delivery times - up to 3 weeks or more in some instances, denied insurance claims and added expense to the delivery that we may need to pass on to you.

Standard Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS*, however if you are within the rural delivery areas the estimate for delivery may incur an additional 5 day lead time.

If an item is ordered that is out of stock, we will advise the estimated time of arrival on delivery and notify of any expected delays via email, please check your spam or junk mail for this if you have not heard from us.

Click & Collect

When you place an order through our online store, you will be given the option of "Click and Collect" from our Ponsonby store. This option can be selected within the checkout process.

When your order is received by our customer service team and your stock is confirmed as available, a dispatch email is sent to you with the details for your store pickup, please check your spam folder if you don't receive this email within 48hrs.

Courier Company

We use a combination of Post Haste Group and Aramex* Courier services which require a street address for delivery, as all parcels are sent by Signature Required service. Because of this we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Once your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you with your tracking details when the parcel is scanned at the courier depot. You can organise with the courier directly for parcels to be left without a signature, however in doing so you take responsibility for the goods being delivered safely. Parcels without a signature are not insured for any damage in-transit and/ or missing parcels which the courier shows as having been left at the address.

If you are not home when the courier calls, a card will be left in your letterbox and the courier company will arrange a delivery time for when you are home. For delays in the Post Haste Group network you can refer to their status page here.

If you have received your order and it is damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, by email or phone. We will ask for images of the damage, to start an insurance claim with the courier, to then organise a replacement or credit for any transit breakages.

Same Day Delivery 

We are delighted to offer our Auckland customers the option of 'Urgent Tonight delivery' for only $25.00
Your order must be placed before 2pm, between Monday - Friday and you will receive the goods that evening between 6-9pm. This delivery option is only available for stock that is available in-store at the time of purchase. We can not provide this service to addresses within the Urgent Tonight zones, not rural or outside of Auckland address.

International Orders/ Delivery 

We do not deliver outside New Zealand; however orders may still be placed from overseas with a New Zealand delivery address.
