What's this about 'anodising'?
Aluminium has been recognised as the ideal base metal for outstanding baking results. By reflecting heat, rather than absorbing it, aluminium reaches baking temperatures faster and cools down quicker once removed from the oven, preventing overbaking.
The anodising process seals the surface of the tin leaving it completely smooth and non-reactive. Anodising is not a coating. Rather it's an environmentally friendly and natural process that does not introduce additives, chemicals, PTFE, PFOA or CFCs.
