You'll receive an email when your 'Click and Collect' order is ready, generally within 24hrs and often within 2 (and we'll let you know asap if there are any problems). If you don't receive an email, please check your spam/junk mail folder and, if there's still nothing, contact us to resend your email.

You can collect your order, at a time that's convenient to you, from our store located at 273 Ponsonby Road, Ponsonby, during business hours (between 9-5pm Monday-Saturday or Sunday 10-4pm.
